Fremont Chic review
It's appropriate that Nine N Out title their CD Fremont Chic: This second CD seems rooted in the kind of lasting influences people associate as classic Seattle music: garage-based rock, catchy lyrics, a driving beat, and guitar solos galore. Fronted by a powerful female vocalist, this also hints at new wave, at least the kind I associate with Blondie, or the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Like Fremont, this CD straddles both the funky past, and a more chic and modern future....

CD a wrap
Fremont Chic is finished and sent out for pressing as of today. All the final mixed and mastered tracks are now up on myspace and facebook, but if you really want to hear how good it sounds on something besides your shitty laptop speakers, come to the Cd release at The Skylark on the 19th and get yours.

All good
Have some new shows on the books after taking off for a while to record the new CD at Silver Bee. Almost finished with 6 new songs, hopefully ready to go around the first of June because we've just booked a CD release party a The Skylark Cafe for June 19th! First gig with Fish on bass will be May 2 at The Triangle Pub. (Hey Mac, I said 'pub' not 'tavern' this time) Be ready to be rocked Seattle!
